These terms cover your use of The Bin Butler website and waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to buying anything. It helps us see where to start routes. A route starts once enough nearby homes sign up; we can't promise when or whether a route will start in your area.

Service

Before paid service begins, we'll share the details — schedule, pricing, and service terms — and you'll choose whether to sign up. Nothing on this site is an offer of paid service.

Your information

Please give accurate details. How we handle them is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Messages

If you opt in, we may email or text you about launch and service. Message and data rates may apply. Unsubscribe from emails anytime, or reply STOP to texts.

Referrals

Referral codes are for inviting real neighbors. We may remove referrals that look fake or automated. Any referral perks will be explained before they apply.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site, submit other people's information without permission, or try to disrupt it.

No warranties

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
