The Bin Butler is a small, brother-run trash can valet serving Utah neighborhoods. This policy explains what we collect when you join our waitlist and how we use it. Plain version: we use your details to plan routes and contact you about service. We don't sell them.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, street address, city, and ZIP code.
• Your mobile number, only if you opt in to texts.
• Optional service details: where your bins are kept, how many, and access notes.
• Your consent choices, the wording you agreed to, and when.
• Referral codes, so we can credit neighbors who invite you.

How we use it

• To see which neighborhoods have enough homes to start a route.
• To email you launch updates if you opted in.
• To text you updates and curb photos if you opted in, once texting is switched on.
• To plan service at your home.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and send messages (hosting, database, email and text delivery), and only as needed to do that, or when required by law.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
• Email us to see, correct, or delete your information.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details while we're planning or running service in your area. Ask us anytime and we'll delete them.

Children

This site is for adult homeowners and residents. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. Big changes will be emailed to people on the waitlist.
